After twenty-one years as a litigator at Clapp Moroney, he started his own full-time alternative dispute resolution practice in the San Francisco Bay Area in January 2009. While most cases in his mediation practice have involved multi-party construction litigation involving defect, payment, contractual and insurance issues, he, additionally, has extensive experience mediating personal injury, business disputes, and employment matters. His experience in mediating over 100 cases has resulted in the resolution of matters between as little as two parties to as many as fifty-six parties with settlement ranges between $5,000 an $28,000,000.
Rates for mediation services on matters beginning after January 1, 2022 are at an hourly rate of $350.00 per hour.
